  2. Send Bitcoin to our wallet address

    Once you have Bitcoin in your account, send it to the wallet address we emailed you when you placed your order. Look for an email from us with the subject line "Your Bitcoin Payment Address".

  3. Send us a screenshot to confirm your payment

    After sending the Bitcoin, take a screenshot of the confirmation screen inside your app or exchange. Your screenshot should clearly show:

    • The amount sent (in BTC and/or USD)
    • The recipient wallet address (or at least the first/last few characters)
    • The transaction ID / hash (a long string of letters and numbers)
    • Date and time of the transaction

How long does a Bitcoin transaction take?

Why do you accept Bitcoin instead of credit card?

What if I send the wrong amount?
