Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may not ship until the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship within the contiguous United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
• Priority Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout
• Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — calculated at checkout

Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous US.

Packaging

All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Lyophilized peptides are shipped with cold packs when appropriate. Products are sealed in foil-lined bags and packed with cushioning material to prevent breakage during transit.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country. Rainbow Peptide is not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.

Please verify the legal status of research peptides in your country before ordering. Rainbow Peptide does not ship to countries where the importation of research peptides is prohibited.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
