Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research chemicals and the importance of maintaining product integrity, we accept returns under the following conditions only:

• The product arrived damaged or broken
• The wrong product was shipped
• The product was missing from your order

We do not accept returns for orders where the product was received correctly and in undamaged condition. Research peptides are perishable compounds; once a vial leaves our controlled-environment storage, we cannot accept it back into inventory.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2–3 business days with resolution options, which may include a replacement shipment or store credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method withovernight or in 2–3 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been packed. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
